On March 19th  and 20th, Puskas BAZNAS represented by M.Quraisy, PhD had the opportunity to visit BAZNAS Provincial in Central Java Province in order to measure IZN and Impact Study in 2018.

In the IZN survey conducted in 2017, Central Java’s status is at “Fairly Good” so it is expected that in year 2018 the level will increase to “Good” status. Furthermore, Puskas also had the opportunity to visit mustahik that have productive economic activity which located in Semarang City & Boyolali City. In the city of Semarang, the mustahik’s activity is producing Ginger drinks, Meatball Chips and also Fried Bananas. Meanwhile, in Boyolali city the mustahik’s activity is producing Catfish derivative products such as Catfish Nugget, Catfish Chips, and Catfish Dimsum. It is expected that in the future there will be more region in Central Java that could benefit from the zakat-based productive activity.
