Banyuasin. Puskas BAZNAS has been monitoring and evaluating in Teluk Payo village in Banyuasin, this village has been running some ZCD program,  namely sanitation, duck and goat livestock

Indeks Desa Zakat, constructed by Puskas BAZNAS, was employed for assessing village condition based on five dimensions: economic, social and humanitarian, health, education, and da'wah. Interviewing sharply and deeply to the key person who predominates for the community is a method to obtain the valid and reliability data in order to provide some information what is appropriate program to be applicated in the village. Furthermore, the using of Indeks Desa Zakat encourages effectiveness and relevance as well as measurable in program implementation

Overall, the village needs some improvement to be more advanced, surprisingly, part of the town which is across the Musi river. Consequently, There is some inequality part of the village regarding economic, social and humanitarian, education, healthy and dakwah. The area close to the village center has a better condition, than, those who are across the village. Therefore, most of the ZCD programs are focused on the region across the village to enhance toughness it.

As mentioned in advance, IDZ captured condition of Teluk Payo on five dimensions. Concerning the economic aspect, especially underlined, the village requires reinforcement on managing raw material into value-added goods. Also, the village needs to improve reaching the clean water which has been issued in many years as it is located on the salty water source. Regarding on education, the average of people has a high desire to study as high as possible. On social-humanitarian and dakwah, the village has a facility that supports high participation for the community as well as involving them on many issues to enhance their quality life
