
Mataram - About 1,000 small traders, which is traders in selling using the baskets in Mataram West Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, received financial aid from BAZNAS Mataram. Chairman BAZNAS Mataram Mahsar Malacca said that financial aid will be channeled Rp 500 thousand per trader.
"Total capital assistance for small traders we prepared Rp 500 million," he said, Monday (17/4). One of the criteria is the trader who live in a poor level. Therefore, this will get help on target.
Currently BAZNAS conducting a survey in 50 villages in the city. "In our plan is one villages just for 20 small traders, so that financial aid could be evenly distributed to all villages," he said.
According to him, the program is the second stage, since 2016 BAZNAS Mataram has also implemented a similar program with the same goals. From the evaluation, he admitted, the average small traders given aid can develop his businesses as well as to fulfill the daily needs. "This financial aid is grant, so after we distributed we stayed monitor" he said.
In addition to financial aid with a grant system, BAZNAS Mataram also has a revolving loan program with a maximum amount Rp 2 million. This revolving loan refunded without interest at the agreed period included the payment amount per month.
