On Thursday, 25 May 2023 the Research and Development Division, Directorate of Research and Development of BAZNAS did a working visit to the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) on Jl. Gatot Subroto due to socialize IZN 3.0 and discuss about research strategies for developing cooperation potential.

Attended to represent BRIN, Prof. Agus Eko Nugroho Head of Governance, Economics and Community Welfare Research Organization, Prof. Agus Fanar, Senior Researcher of BRIN as well as Head of UPZ BRIN, and Mrs. Dwi as BRIN Researcher. Also was there Dr. Muhammad Hasbi Zaenal as Director of DKPN, Dr. Muhammad Choirin as Head of Research and Development Division, Hidayaneu F, Rifda Mufida, and Dion Saputra Arbi as Researcher of DKPN, represented BAZNAS.

BRIN welcomes the presence and socialization of the IZN 3.0 and has discussed several strategic matters including:

1. Opportunities for collaboration that utilize IZN 3.0 data for research purposes
2. Collaboration to deepen the Grand Design for Zakat Collection, and the Grand Design for Zakat Distribution of BAZNAS
3. Great opportunity as a partner in the implementation of the 7th Indonesian Conference of Zakat (ICONZ) in 2023

May this working visit make the connection between BAZNAS and BRIN be stronger in the future due to Strengthen National Zakat Management.
