Nationally, the Zakat Management Organization's Sharia Compliance Index (IKSOPZ) survey involving 352 zakat management organizations (OPZ) spread across 32 Provinces in Indonesia.

Respondents from BAZNAS at the district and city levels became respondents the most, namely 277 OPZs, followed by respondents from BAZNAS provincial level as much as 29 OPZ. Furthermore, OPZ respondents from Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) at the national level is 12 OPZ and OPZ respondents from LAZ level.

There were 10 OPZs in the province and 23 OPZs from LAZ at the district and city levels. In general, the 2020 national OPZ Sharia Compliance Index score is obtained value 0.58 or included in the Fairly Good category with a rating of B. In context IKSOPZ dimensions, aspects of sharia compliance in zakat management, national-level get a score of 0.51 in the category Fairly Good with rank B. Then, the dimension of zakat collection gets a score of 0.56 which falls into the Fairly Good category with a B rating.

Next, dimensions zakat distribution gets a score of 0.65 or is included in the Good category with rank A, and on the zakat regulation dimension, the national level scores 0.73 in the Good category with an A rating. In the context of Province, results from IKSOPZ measurements in 2020 show that the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam got the highest IKSOPZ score and Maluku Province got its lowest value.

The IKSOPZ measurement in the Kalimantan region involved 58 OPZs in 5 provinces. The average IKSOPZ for the Kalimantan region is 0.60 or included in Fairly Good category or rated B. In the context of the IKSOPZ Dimension, aspect Sharia compliance in zakat management, Kalimantan region get a score of 0.55 in the Fairly Good category or rank B.

Then, the dimensions of zakat collection get a score of 0.53 which falls into the category fairly Good with rank B. Furthermore, the dimensions of zakat distribution get score 0.70 or entered in the Good category and ranked A and on the dimension zakat regulation, Kalimantan region on average gets a score of 0.81 which is in the Very Good category and is rated AA. By province, the results of IKSOPZ measurements in the Kalimantan Regional found that the Province West Kalimantan received the highest score, while Kalimantan Province East got the lowest score.
